Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

GHCKB is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment for all users. We have zero tolerance toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors on our platform.
We comply with:
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012
- The Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000 (Amendment 2008)
- Google Play Developer Policy for CSAE
- Relevant international reporting obligations (NCMEC and INHOPE Network)
- Child: Any person under the age of 18 years.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any image, video, audio, or text depicting or promoting sexual activity involving a child.
- Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE): Any behavior that involves using or coercing a child for sexual purposes.
GHCKB strictly prohibits:
- Uploading, creating, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Using the platform to groom or exploit minors.
- Sharing or linking to any illegal sexual content involving minors.
- Using GHCKB for child trafficking, sextortion, or exploitation in any form.
Violations will result in:
- Immediate account suspension and permanent ban.
- Reporting to law enforcement and appropriate authorities (e.g., NCMEC, Cyber Crime Portal, or local police).
To prevent CSAE on GHCKB:
- We monitor and filter user-generated content to detect potential CSAM.
- Automated systems scan media uploads for known CSAM using hash-matching technology.
- Users must not share explicit media or private contact details in public channels.
- Any suspicious activity is flagged and manually reviewed by trained moderators.
- GHCKB does not allow anonymous communication with minors.
If you encounter any content or user that appears to exploit or sexualize a child, report it as follows:

How We Respond:
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our Safety Team.
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed instantly.
- Information is preserved for law enforcement cooperation.
- Confirmed cases are reported to:
- National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in)
- Local police authorities
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), if applicable
- All GHCKB moderators receive child safety and trauma-informed review training.
- Staff handling CSAE reports follow proper escalation and evidence-handling protocols.
- A strict chain-of-custody is maintained for all evidence shared with law enforcement.
- Only minimal and necessary data are retained when investigating CSAE incidents.
- All CSAE-related data are stored securely and access-limited.
- Data are permanently deleted once legally permissible after report closure.
GHCKB cooperates with:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Cyber Crime Cells (India)
- NCMEC / INHOPE member organizations
- Child protection NGOs
We fully assist official investigations in accordance with applicable laws.
We encourage all users to:
- Never share personal or explicit information online.
- Report suspicious behavior or content immediately.
- Teach children and teens about safe internet use.
